Using ZimFind
ZimFind is a directory that helps people find and contact businesses in Zimbabwe. By using it you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account. Accounts created to post fake reviews or spam will be removed.
Listings
Owners must only list businesses they run or are allowed to represent. Information must be accurate and kept up to date. Moderators may hide listings that are misleading, fraudulent or offensive.
Reviews
Reviews must reflect a real experience. You may not review your own business, pay for reviews, or post links or personal attacks. ZimFind Pro never changes, hides or boosts reviews or ratings.
Requests and bookings
Contact and booking requests are sent to the business. They are not confirmed bookings. ZimFind is not part of any agreement between you and a business.
ZimFind Pro
Pro is paid in advance through Pesepay for a monthly or yearly period. It does not renew automatically. When it ends, your account returns to the free plan; nothing is deleted, but listings or photos above free limits are paused until you upgrade again.
Liability
ZimFind provides the directory as is. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we are not responsible for the goods or services offered by businesses.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
